This Privacy Policy explains how Ementi handles information. Ementi is owned and operated by Sandial LLC.

On-device personal content

Your journal entries, goals, conversations, check-ins, self-image work, and related personal content are processed and stored on your device. Sandial LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores that personal content.

Limited network activity

Ementi may connect to the internet to download an on-device AI model or speech-language resource and to allow Apple to process purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement checks. Your journal, goals, and conversations are not included in those requests.

Apple Health

If you grant HealthKit permission, Ementi reads and writes authorized health information locally for features you choose to use. Health data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Analytics and advertising

Ementi does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Your control

You can manage Ementi data through the app's export and deletion controls. Removing the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to your device and backup settings.

Children

Ementi is not directed to children under 13.
