Ementi support is provided directly by Sandial LLC.

Email admin@ementiai.com with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not include private journal entries or other sensitive personal content.
Before contacting us
- Confirm that your device is running a supported version of iOS.
- Restart Ementi and your iPhone.
- Check that your device has enough storage for the on-device AI model.
- Review permissions in iOS Settings if a HealthKit, speech, or notification feature is unavailable.
Privacy requests
Because personal Ementi content is stored on your device rather than on Sandial LLC servers, we generally cannot access or retrieve that content. For other privacy questions, email admin@ementiai.com.
