These Terms of Use govern your use of Ementi, a software application owned and operated by Sandial LLC.

Limited license

Subject to these terms and Apple's applicable terms, Sandial LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ementi on supported Apple devices.

Personal-development tool

Ementi supports reflection, planning, journaling, and goal tracking. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Ementi, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Availability and changes

Features and device requirements may change as the product develops. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and limitation

Ementi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Sandial LLC does not guarantee that the app will meet every individual goal or be error-free. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
